Joe Oriold (Southampton, Pa.) were among those honored on the
Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll as the duo led the Griffins in a 10-2 win over Delaware Valley University (Mar. 18). Devine recorded six points (4 goals, 2 assists), four ground balls, and three caused turnovers, while Oriold contributed six ground balls and four caused turnovers to the victory.
The AEC Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week title went to Immaculata University freshman attack Aaron Headley (Ridley Park, Pa.), while the AEC Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week title went to his teammate, senior goalkeeper Matthew Ludlow (Willow Grove, Pa.). Devine and Oriold were joined on the AEC Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll by Marymount University junior attack Santino Rossitto (Dix Hills, N.Y.) as well as Marywood University sophomore midfielder Ben Meighan (Floral Park, N.Y.) and junior defenseman Mitchell Thompson (Lancaster, Pa.).
Gwynedd Mercy University (5-3) won their third game in a row and their fifth in their last six contests with Wednesday night's 10-2 victory over Delaware Valley University (0-6); a stellar second half was the difference as the Red and Gold's 8-1 rush came with three goals (6:42, 2:35 3QTR | 8:03 4QTR) from Devine, an unassisted goal from sophomore midfielder
