2025 All-AEC Field Hockey Team (2nd Team): Lillie Uttenreither
Lancaster, Pa. – (11/13/2025) – Gwynedd Mercy University junior defender Lillie Uttenreither (Bel Air, Md.) was one of 18 student-athletes recognized by league commissioner Rebecca Mullen on the 2025 All-Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Field Hockey Team. The AEC also announced the 2025 Field Hockey Major Award Winners; Marywood University offered the league's Player and Defensive Player of the Year in senior forward Dariane Jones (Factoryville, Pa.) and fifth-year defender Liv Rosengrant (Dalton, Pa.), respectively. The Pacers also offered the league's Coaching Staff of the Year. Neumann University freshman forward Natalie Hackett (Newark, Del.) garnered the AEC Rookie of the Year award, while her teammate, senior forward Molly McGee (Drexel Hill, Pa.) was recognized at the championship site with the AEC Field Hockey Elite Scholar Athlete Award.
 
Marywood University Head Coach Julie Trott and assistant, Kaitlyn Bevans directed the Pacers to an 11-10 overall record and a 4-0 conference season that culminated with a second straight AEC title. Jones and Rosengrant were two of four Pacers to garner All-AEC status this season; they were joined on the First Team by sophomore forward Brooke Barwick (Sunbury, Pa.).
 
Jones was the league's premier player with top numbers in goals (1st, 15), points (1st, 36), and game-winning goals (1st, 6 GWG). She started all 21 of the Pacers contests and also ranked among the AEC Top-3 in assists (T2nd, 6) and shots (3rd, 76). Rosengrant was equally dominate defensively, while making six defensive saves in 20 games (20 starts).
 
Hackett was honored as the league's top rookie for her season; she provided the Knights with six points (2 goals, 2 assists) and eight shots in 18 games (18 starts).
 
2025 All-AEC Field Hockey Team (2nd Team): Lillie UttenreitherMcGee garnered the AEC Elite Scholar Award. This honor is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average (GPA) competing at the finals site for each AEC Championship. She is majoring in secondary education with a 3.98 GPA. The full criteria for the award can be found here.

Uttenreither confirmed her captain status with All-AEC Second Team recognition. She started in all 16 contests for the Red and Gold, while totaling seven points (2 goals, 3 assists) and 18 shots; her first tally of the season served as the game-winner in a 2-0 triumph over Elmira College (Sept. 6). Uttenreither also assisted senior forward Mackenzie Reed (Philadelphia, Pa.) on a game-winning goal against Cedar Crest College (Sept. 17).
