SCRANTON, PA. -- Gwynedd Mercy picked up their second CSAC win on the season with a hard-fought 6-3 win at Marywood on Saturday.

After winning two of three in doubles, the Griffins picked up singles as Brian Irwin posted a 6-0, 6-0 victory at #6 singles, Blaine Grisak with a 6-2, 6-3 win at #5, and Joshua Carson's  match-clinching 6-1, 6-2 win at #3. Kylil Curry would notch the sixth team point at #4, winning in a three-set thriller, 6-2, 4-6, 10-6.

With the win, Gwynedd will turn its attention to Monday, when they square off with Cabrini in a CSAC match starting at 3:30 p.m.
