Gwynedd Valley, Pa. - (4/11/2022) - Freshman Gustavo Bilbao (Madrid, Spain) broke up a potential Cabrini University (1-5, 1-1) shut out with is 6-2, 6-1, win at number five singles. The Cavaliers scored the first seven points of the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) match, sweeping doubles competition with an 8-2 win in the second flight and a, 8-3 win in the first flight. After a Gwynedd Mercy University (0-8, 0-2) default at six singles, Cabrini University wins in the third (6-0, 6-1), second (6-1, 6-0), and first (6-0, 6-1) singles separated the visitors for their eventual 8-1 league win.

Gwynedd Mercy University continues their AEC schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, April 12, when they visit Immaculata University for a 3:30 p.m. match.
