GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Gwynedd Mercy and Immaculata played Friday a little earlier than scheduled to try and beat the forthcoming rain, but Mother Nature won out not before the Griffins won the first seven matches en route to a 7-0 win.

The #3 and #6 singles matches were interrupted by the rain and will be made up at a later date.

The Griffins (11-1. 7-0 CSAC) can clinch a playoff berth for the CSAC Team Tournament with a win tomorrow at Neumann.
