AEC Cross Country Weekly Honor Roll Recognizes Bloom and DeSimone
 
Lancaster, Pa. – (10/14/2024) – The Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Weekly Honor Rolls included Gwynedd Mercy University junior Sebastian DeSimone (West Orange, N.J.) and senior Hailey Bloom (Margate City, N.J.). The former helped the Griffins place 16th (16th of 16, 479 points) in the DeSales University Invitational men’s eight kilometer (8K) race, while the latter completed the women’s 6K in 87th place with a time of 29:49.7.
 
Neumann University swept the AEC Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week honors as graduate Jodi Johnson (Seaford, Del.) and Hannah Betchyk (West Chester, Pa.) respectively garnered the honors.
 
Gwynedd Mercy University cross country returns to action on Friday, October 25, when they visit Union Canal Tunnel Park for Lebanon Valley College’s Last Chance Run Fast Meet.
