Haverford, Pa. - (2/21/2026) - Gwynedd Mercy University completed their indoor schedule with last night's competition in Haverford College's Keogh Invitational. The Red and Gold competed in several events, including the 60-Meter, 200-Meter, Mile, 3,000-Meter, Triple Jump, and Weight toss. Sophomore Jamar Gauda (Delran, N.J.) and Tyson Scheitrum (Harrisburg, Pa.) respectively earned Top-10 finishes in the Triple Jump (3rd, 12.34) and Weight (4th, 12.80). The former joined junior Mel Velasquez (Philadelphia, Pa.), sophomore Christian Lynn (Philadelphia, Pa.), and freshman Conner Brennan (Hatboro, Pa.) in the 4x400-Meter (6th, 4:05.54).

Gwynedd Mercy University begins their outdoor season on Saturday, March 21, when they visit West Chester University for the Purple and Gold Opener. The event is scheduled for a 10:00 a.m. start.
