Galloway, N.J. - (3/29/2025) - Gwynedd Mercy University men's and women's track and field teams returned to Stockton University this weekend for the running of the 2025 Osprey Open. In the men's events, the Griffins' enjoyed a record Hammer (37.70) from freshman Tyson Scheitrum (Harrisburg, Pa.) and a first-place finish in the 400-Meter (1st, 49.11) from senior Victor Cruz (New Castle, Del.). Cruz also placed second in the 200-Meter (2nd, 22.04). Meanwhile, the Griffin women celebrated a first-place finish in the Long Jump (1st, 4.74) from graduate Natalie O'Neill (Philadelphia, Pa.) and a second-place finish in the 4x100-Meter Relay (2nd, 54.06; McCluskey, O'Neill, Ezzie, Dukuly).

The Gwynedd Mercy University men's and women's track and field teams continue their outdoor schedule on Friday, April 4, when they visit Muhlenburg College for the Mules' Outdoor Invitational.
