Greenwood, Ind. – (11/25/2025) – Gwynedd Mercy University senior midfielder C.J. Clyde (Southampton, Pa.), senior forward Braedon Kehan (Warrington, Pa.), junior midfielder Luke O'Donnell (Glenside, Pa.), and sophomore midfielder Gunnar Christensen (Finksburg, Md.) were recognized as some of the Nation's top student-athletes with their selection to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Men's Soccer Academic All-District Team (PDF). The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the Nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and maintained at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) while competing in 90 percent of the institution's games/contests/sets played or starting at least 66 percent of the games/contests/sets.

Clyde recorded double-digit points (10) in his final season in the Red and Gold with five goals on 24 shots. He scored two of his five tallies via the penalty kick as he converted a free kick in the Griffins' consecutive wins over Penn State Berks (W, 4-1 on Sept. 29) and Penn State Schuylkill (W, 11-0 on Oct. 1). Clyde was a member of the 2024 CSC NCAA DIII Men's Soccer Academic All-District Team. He is a three-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (S2024, F2024, S2025), a two-time member of the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) All-Academic Team (2023-2024, 2024-2025), and he was recognized on the 2024-2025 Eastern Athletic Communications Association (EAST-COMM) Academic Honor Rolls.

Now a two-time All-AEC performer (2025: 1st Team, 2023: 2nd Team), Kehan garnered his 2025 First Team laurel as Gwynedd Mercy University's leader in goals (8), points (19), and shots (56). He ranked fourth in the league for the first two and third for the last; the two-year captain (2024, 2025) also ranked among the AEC Top-10 in assists (T8th, 3) and game-winning goals (T2nd, 3 GWG). Kehan scored game-winners against Pen State Berks (W, 4-1 on Sept. 29), Penn State Schuylkill (W, 11-0 on Oct. 1), and Pratt Institute (W, 2-0 on Oct. 8).

He is a two-time member of the AEC All-Academic Team (2023-2024, 2024-2025) and a four-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (F2023, S2024, F2024, S2025), a two-time member of the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) All-Academic Team (2023-2024, 2024-2025).

O'Donnell's All-AEC was his second straight as the Red and Gold captain was an All-AEC First Team selection in 2024. He ranked among the AEC Top-10 in assists (T4th, 4), points (T8th, 12), and shots (9th, 30), and was named the AEC Men's Soccer Player of the Week after scoring the Red and Gold's game-winner at Centenary University (N.J.) (W, 3-2 on Oct. 29). O'Donnell is a two-time member of both the AEC All-Academic Team (2023-2024, 2024-2025) and Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (F2024, S2025). He was also recognized on the 2024-2025 EAST-COMM Academic Honor Rolls.

Christensen joined Gwynedd Mercy University's starting lineup in 2025, making 17 starts in 19 contests. He totaled three assists – the first of his collegiate career - and 32 shots in those games. Academically, Christensen is a two-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (F2024, S2025) and he was recognized on the 2024-2025 AEC All-Academic Team.
