Wednesday night to tip-off the semifinal round of the 2016 Colonial States Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Tournament right here at the Griffin Complex.

The Griffins will be entering the conference playoffs for the 20th-straight year with six championships (2000, 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2012) under the belt of head coach
Keith Mondillo.Â

The Cavaliers, the three-time defending champions and who enter the playoffs for the fifth year in a row, will be under the guidance of seventh-year head coach Kate Pearson.
Gwynedd bested Cabrini, 64-52 on January 7th and
55-53 on February 10th to sweep the regular season series.

Gwynedd is led by junior forward and first team All-CSAC selection
Charlotte Kucowski. Kucowski leads the Griffins in scoring averaging 13.8 ppg and rebounds averaging 8.7 caroms per game. Senior and second team All-CSAC selection
Olivia Bradford leads GM in Free throws (69) and offensive rebounds (61) while averaging 10.0 ppg. Junior
Nicole Dombrowski is having a breakout season, averaging 9.3 ppg while leading the Griffins in steals (45). Also look for sophomore
Julianna Hoisington, to provide a big spark off the bench.

Cabrini who scored a 70-48 victory over #6 Rosemont on Monday in first round action of the CSAC Tournament will rely on senior Meghan Martin who averages 12.7 ppg and 4.6 rpg. Martin was also recognized as a first-team All-CSAC selection.

#1 seed Marywood will host #4 Neumann
on Wednesday night as well. The Knights advanced to the semifinals defeating #5 Centenary 74-66. The Pacers defeated Neumann 63-60 on February 1st in the team's only matchup of the season.

Saturday hosted by the highest remaining seed.
