BOX SCOREASTON, PA. -- Neumann handed the Gwynedd Mercy Men's Tennis Team a 7-2 defeat on Wednesday in a Colonial States Athletic Conference Match.
The Griffins' two wins came in singles, as sophomore
Peter Brzezinski (Hatboro, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) and
Brandon Rodriguez (Eden, Md./Parkside) were victorious at #1 and #4 respectively. Brzezinski improves to 6-0 at #1 singles this season.
Gwynedd Mercy (3-3, 3-2 CSAC) can move closer to locking up a playoff spot in the conference team tournament when they travel to Marywood to face off with the defending conference champions in a CSAC match on Saturday starting at 1 p.m.
