GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- With a 9-0 CSAC win over Cedar Crest, Gwynedd-Mercy ran its unbeaten streak to seven matches in a row on Thursday.

Sophomore Gabby Muller (Washington Township, N.J./Washington Twp.) won an exciting second-set tiebreaker to help the Griffins (8-1, 6-0 CSAC) stay unbeaten at home.

Gwynedd-Mercy will travel to the Goucher College Open this weekend for the two-day tournament beginning on Saturday. GM looks to defend its two titles from last year as Rachel Fein (Blue Bell, Pa./Wissahickon) took home the #1 singles flight and the duo of Chelsea Jones (Tamaqua, Pa./Tamaqua) and Caroline Lockwood (Overland Park, Kan./Blue Valley North) won at #1 doubles.
