Keown's heroics secure conference win

GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Junior Chris Keown's (Limerick, Pa./Spring-Ford) match-clinching win at #4 singles allowed Gwynedd-Mercy to defeat Neumann, 5-4, in a CSAC contest Tuesday afternoon.

Keown rallied after dropping the first set winning 6-3 and 6-3.

The Griffins (2-5, 2-3 CSAC) play their third match in three days when they play at Cabrini starting at 3:30 p.m.
