Conner Brennan (Hatboro, Pa.) traveled to Shippensburg University to run a personal best 33:45.84 in the 10,000-Meter at the Paul Kaiser Classic before joining his fellow Griffins at Elizabethtown College's Blue Jay Tune-Up. There, the Red and Gold finished 7th of 10 with 23 total points. Brennan helped Gwynedd Mercy University earn eight points in the 4x400-Meter where he teamed with junior
Mel Velasquez (Philadelphia, Pa.), junior
Christian Lynn (Philadelphia, Pa.), and sophomore
Jamar Gauda (Delran. N.J.) for a second place finish (4:04.76). The Griffins also pointed in the 400-Meter Hurdles (3rd, 1:08.62, 6 points), Discus (6th, 37.83. 3 points), Hammer (7th, 42.59), and Long Jump (5th, 6.13, 4 points), thanks respectively to Velasquez, sophomore
Tyson Scheitrum (Harrisburg, Pa.), and Gauda.
Gwynedd Mercy University competes next on Saturday, May 2, when they join their Atlantic East Conference (AEC) rivals at Immaculata University for the league's 2026 Championships.
