Game One:
- After a scoreless two innings for Gwynedd Mercy, the offense woke up and put up a five-spot in the top of the third. The final run of the inning came on one of 11 walks worked by the red and gold. This time it was infielder senior A.J. Johnson (Lavallette, N.J.) who worked the good at bat to take a three-run lead (5-2).
- Gwynedd Mercy tacked on a run in the fourth and fifth thanks to a rbi single from Neal (6-2), and an RBI sacrifice fly from junior infielder Jake Vitale (Laurel Springs, N.J.) (7-5).
- In the sixth inning, junior outfielder Karl Wissmann (Cinnaminson, N.J.) reached first on an error from the first baseman, allowing both sophomore infielder Brady Belfus (Deptford, N.J.) and senior infielder Jimmy DeCarlo (Ridley Park, Pa.) to cross home plate and even the score 9-9. A few batters later, a defensive mistake from the Knights allowed the Griffins to take the lead with another run scoring (10-9).
