SOPHOMORE (2026) - Belfus (26gp-24gs) was selected as a team captain and opened the season as the Griffins’ starting first baseman. He finished the year with a .193 (16-of-83)/.320/.265 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line that came with five walks and 11 beanballs, while producing 11 runs and 15 runs-batted-in (RBI).
