Kassidy Kehoe (Lansdale, Pa.) accounted for the Red and Gold's lone hit of the first game while freshman outfielder
Stephanie Jones (Hatboro, Pa.) scored the Griffins' only run on a sacrifice fly from freshman infielder
Macey Harrold (West Deptford, N.J.). The second game was a different story as Gwynedd Mercy University owned a 6-0 lead before the Saints stole the sweep with eight runs evenly split between the sixth (6-4) and seventh (8-6) innings.

- Kehoe (1-for-1) recorded Gwynedd Mercy University's lone hit of the contest. She also walked to lead off the bottom of the first.
- Jones scored the Griffins' only run in the third inning after working a walk, stealing second, advancing on Kehoe's single, and scoring on Harrold's sacrifice fly; 11-1.
Griffin Highlights - Game 2
- Gwynedd Mercy University got a 6-0 head start with two runs in the first (2-0), third (4-0), and fourth (6-0) innings.
- In the first inning, a rash of Red and Gold singles loaded the bases and brought home a run on Cohen's first hit; 1-0. After, a ground out from freshman catcher Ashlyn Merz (Bensalem, Pa.) the Griffins owned a 2-0 advantage.
- In the third inning, junior utility Hannah Cohen (North Wales, Pa.) doubled in a pair of runs (4-0), while in the fourth inning a pair of lead-off singles led to runs scored on back-to-back ground outs from Harrold (5-0) and senior shortstop Hannah Smith (Levittown, Pa.) (6-0).
- Cohen (3-for-4) powered the offense with a pair of extra-base hits; she knocked in two with a double in the bottom of the third inning and she tripled to right center in the fourth.
- Harrold (2-for-4), Smith (2-for-4), and Kehoe (2-for-4) each contributed multi-hit efforts.
Gwynedd Mercy University returns to the diamond at Legends Field on Monday, March 23, when they host Penn State Berks for a 3:00 p.m. doubleheader.
