Bryn Mawr, Pa. - (10/12/2024) - Coming off an exciting Atlantic East Conference (AEC) victory on Wednesday (October 9), Gwynedd Mercy University (5-5-2) looked to keep the momentum rolling traveling to Bryn Mawr College (4-6-2). The Owls played an impressive 90 minutes of soccer as they held the Griffins to just six shots in the contest, earning a 4-1 victory. With 31 seconds left in the match, senior forward captain Bethany Beinlich (Forksvile, Pa.) buried her sixth goal of the season thanks to a beautiful pass from sophomore defenseman Elena DiPrinzio (Warrington, Pa.).

- Junior goalkeeper Natalie Gablein (Philadelphia, Pa.) started all 90 minutes in net for the Red and Gold and finished with seven saves in the loss (1-4-2).
- With Gwynedd Mercy only registering six shots in the game, Beinlich recorded half the shots (3). In contrast, sophomore midfielder Rebecca Gordon (Sicklerville, N.J.) sophomore midfielder Bridget Cannon (Bensalem, Pa.), and freshman midfielder Breana Salvatore (Sicklerville N.J.) all recorded one shot apiece.
