Gwynedd Valley, Pa. – (11/9/2021) – Gwynedd Mercy University Director of Athletics Keith Mondillo is pleased to introduce newly appointed Head Athletic Trainer, Michael Jurski. "I am excited that Michael has joined our team at Gwynedd Mercy University! His clinical experience and knowledge of athletic training will immediately benefit our student-athletes." Jurski joins the Griffins after serving as an athletic trainer with Premier Orthopedics Surgical Associates of Broomall, Pennsylvania (June 2020 – November 2021).
 
"I am very excited to begin my career with Gwynedd Mercy. The University has a great reputation and I am eager to work with the fantastic staff here to improve the student's athletic experience." A 2017 graduate of West Chester University (BA - Psychology, 2017), Jurski earned his master's degree in athletic training from West Chester University in 2020. Meanwhile, he fulfilled internships with the Philadelphia Union Soccer Academy (February 2020 – June 2020) and Villanova University (July 2019 – December 2019). Prior to his appointment at Premier Orthopedics Surgical Associates, Jurski was a physical therapy aide with ATI Physical Therapy (August 2017 – October 2018).
 
Jurski is a certified athletics trainer and lifeguard. He is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). Jurski currently resides in Broomall, Pennsylvania.
