Evan Kirby scored the lone goal in the second half and goalie
Kace Peters, who made six saves on the day, helped the Griffins to their third clean sheet of the year.
Kirby netted his first on the year in the 58th minute on a corner kick as the offense fired off a season-high 25 shots
Peters and the Griffin Defense yielded 12 shots, but none of those came in the second half as the backline clamped down. The shutout was his second straight in as many starts.
De'Andre Rogers was kept busy as the keeper posted 12 saves for the Patriots.
Gwynedd Mercy will begin Atlantic East Conference play on Monday when they head to Wesley.
