Cait Saalfrank was named to the All-Tournament Team highlighting Gwynedd Mercy at the DeSales Invitational. The Griffins fell in their two matches on the day, a 3-0 decision to Rutgers-Camden (25-19, 25-16, 26-24) and 3-0 to Baruch (25-19, 25-19, 25-23).
Against the Scarlet-Raptors, Saalfrank registered a match-high 26 digs.
Kerry McGlinn notched a double-double, totaling 15 assists and 11 digs.
The third set was full of action, as a total of 11 ties and seven lead changes took place. Down 9-6 early on, Gwynedd used a 6-0 run to take a three-point lead. Rutgers-Camden answered with five-straight of their own to jump ahead once again. Both teams fought to ties at 20-20 and 22-22. Now at 23-23, a kill from

The Griffins return home for their first match at The Griffin Complex this Wednesday night when they welcome Penn State-Abington at 7 p.m.
