SCRANTON, PA. -- Marywood gave Gwynedd Mercy a 3-0 (25-10, 25-17, 25-12) Colonial States Athletic Conference defeat Wednesday evening as the Griffins fell in their fifth-straight contest.
Gwynedd's record goes to 9-17 and 3-6 in CSAC play. The Pacers improve to 6-15 and 5-2.

Rainah Dunham notched four kills apiece as the team totaled 12 kills (12-19-71).
Cait Saalfrank racked up a team high and match high 13 digs. It is her 23rd match this season in double-digit digs.
Annie Heyen recorded a double-double for Marywood (22 assists/11 digs) with teammate Sam Compton posting a match-high 11 kills.
After the Pacers took the first set, 25-10, Gwynedd took a 4-2 lead in the second and later used a 4-0 spurt capped by a solo block from Schule to make it a 10-9 contest. Later, down 16-14, GMercyU saw the Pacers use a 7-0 run to open up a double-digit lead.
Gwynedd Mercy will play its third match in a row in as many nights when they head to Cabrini tomorrow for a 7 p.m. start.
