ASTON, PA. – All five starters finished in double figures to help Gwynedd-Mercy run away from Neumann, 82-52, Wednesday night.

The Griffins (16-8, 12-3 CSAC), who shot a season-best 51% (30-of-58) on the evening, will host Rosemont in the regular season finale on Saturday with the winner earning the #2 playoff seed and a first-round bye in next week's CSAC Tournament.

GM used a 10-0 run midway in the first to build a double-digit lead and held the Knights to under 30% from the floor which would lead to a 12-point halftime edge. Junior Nicole Dougherty (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./Lower Moreland) had a team-high 14 points. Sophomores Natasha Matthews (Norristown, Pa./Norristown) and Shea Wassel (North Wales, Pa./Lansdale Catholic) each netted 12 apiece.
