GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Gwynedd-Mercy celebrated Senior Night with a 22-12 win over visiting King's Thursday night for their fifth win in a row.
Senior
Morgan Hosler (Ephrata, Pa./Ephrata) and freshman
Kelsey Yori (Folsom, Pa./Ridley) each registered four goals. Hosler added three assists for a game-high seven points.
Seniors
Shannon Carabba (Erdenheim, Pa./Springfield),
Jenna D'Arcy (Horsham, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham), and
Brigid Dowling (Philadelphia, Pa./Little Flower) all had three goals apiece as the Griffins (7-6) went over the .500 mark for the first time this season.
Leading 3-2 midway in the first, the Griffins rattled off seven goals over a 10-minute span to open up a comfortable lead. GM led 14-4 at halftime.
Chelsea Manes totaled a game-high six goals for the Monarchs (8-6), which were outshot, 38-24. D'Arcy chipped in three assists.

Gwynedd-Mercy plays at Cabrini in the final CSAC regular-season game on Saturday beginning at 12 p.m.
