BALTIMORE, MD. -- Sophomore Natasha Matthews (Norristown, Pa./Norristown) netted a career-best 17 points while senior Brittany Neill (Woodlyn, Pa./Archmere Academy Del.) and freshman Jess Rotella (Clifton Heights, Pa./Archbishop Prendergast) each added 12 to help pace Gwynedd-Mercy to its third-straight win an 80-25 CSAC win at Notre Dame on Monday.

The Griffins (8-6, 4-1 CSAC) shot 45.7% (32-of-70) from the floor and held a big rebound edge, 62-30. GMC would lead, 43-16, at halftime.

Seniors Bryn Cotteta (Norristown, Pa./Norristown) dished out six assists while Liza Leyes (Maple Glen, Pa./Upper Dublin) pulled down a personal-high nine rebounds. Gwynedd had nine players with five or more boards on the night.

Imani Stokes led the Gators (0-11, 0-7 CSAC) with seven points and 11 rebounds. Notre Dame shot just 7-of-55 and 4-of-28 from behind the arc.

Gwynedd-Mercy will get right back at it on Wednesday when they take on Centenary in a CSAC Doubleheader. The women tip it off at 6 p.m. followed by the men at 8 p.m.
