2024-2025 GWYNEDD MERCY UNIVERSITY FEMALE SENIOR STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE YEAR
Filchner is a four-time member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) DIII Academic Honor Squad (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) and a two-time NFHCA DIII Scholar of Distinction (2023, 2024), with three AEC All-Academic Team (2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024) and six Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (Spring 2022, Fall 2022, Spring 2023, Fall 2023, Spring 2024, Fall 2024) appearances. She was a 2024 CSC NCAA Division III Women's At-large Academic All-District Team member and was selected to the 2024 Philadelphia Area Sports Information Directors Association (Philly-SIDA) Field Hockey Academic All-Area Team. Filchner was also inducted to Chi Alpha Sigma in 2025.

Athletically, Filchner finished her collegiate career with 34 points (15 goals, 4 assists), 46 shots, four game-winning goals (GWG), and a successful penalty strike (1-for-2, .500). The two-year captain (2023, 2024) was named to the 2023 All-AEC Second Team and the 2024 All-AEC First Team. In her senior season (2024), she totaled career-highs in points (19), goals (8), and assists (3); her point total was enough for a share of the team-lead, while tying her for sixth among her AEC peers.
