Nick Paci, who begins his first season on the Griffin coaching staff in 2018, attended University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he was with the club volleyball program at its inception. He later became the president of the club where they participated in the Men’s Club National tournament.
After graduating from UNCW with a degree in Physical Education, he moved home to Connecticut where he coached at Fairfield Warde High School for both the girls’ and boys’ programs for five seasons while teaching PE at Christian Heritage School.
During the winters, he coached with CT Juniors Volleyball club working with their beginner, state and travel programs. After a move to Florida, Nick continued coaching with Buccholz High School and Vision Volleyball Club as well as teaching physical education at Chiefland Elementary School. At Vision Volleyball Club he coached both regional and national level teams.
Nick has recently moved to Pennsylvania where he coaches a national level team for Synergy Volleyball Club.
