Biography
SOPHOMORE (2021) – In her first season, Brown (26mp-24ms) served as a team captain while garnering the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Rookie of the Year title and an All-AEC First Team selection with 179 kills on a .239 (179K-56E-514TA) hitting percentage, 13 assists, 14 aces, 111 digs, and 36 blocks (9 solo, 27 assisted). She ranked second on the team in points with 234.0 (2.69/set). Her best performance was an 18.5-point effort in the Griffins’ 3-1 (25-16, 28-30, 25-17, 25-17) win over Penn State Abington on October 2 when she recorded a season-high 18 kills - on a .516 (18K-2E-31TA) hitting percentage - and a block assist.
JUNIOR (2022) – Brown (26mp-26ms) enjoyed her second straight season as team captain and earned All-AEC Second Team honors. She offered AEC Top-10 stats in points (8th, 284), kills (8th, 245), solo blocks (6th, 14), and assisted blocks (7th, 32), while recording nine aces, 15 assists, and 71 digs. Brown earned an AEC Weekly Honor Roll mention on September 19.
SENIOR (2023) – Three-Year captain, Brown (27mp-26ms) collected her third All-Atlantic East Conference (AEC) laurel in three seasons and her second First Team honor with 203 kills (9th in AEC) on a league-best .325 (203K-41E-499TA) hitting percentage. Overall, she ranked seventh in points (7th, 270.0) thanks to 27 aces, 22 solo blocks, and 36 block assists; block-wise (58.0 total blocks), she finished second among her peers on the former and fourth in the latter. She was named the AEC Women’s Volleyball Player of the Week on September 11 and earned Weekly Honor Roll recognition on October 10 and November 6. Additionally, Brown recorded a career-high 18 kills on a .410 (18K-2E-39TA) hitting percentage in the Griffins’ 3-2 (19-25, 25-21, 25-16, 22-25, 15-6) AEC win over Centenary University (NJ) (Oct. 7), recorded a career-high five aces in a 3-0 (11-25, 9-25, 13-25) win over Bryn Athyn College (Sept. 20), and finished her collegiate career sixth on Gwynedd Mercy University's all-time kill list with 685.
