Matthew O'Brien begins his first season on the Griffin Coaching Staff.

O'Brien attended King’s College and was a four-year starter for the Monarchs. He has a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics. Appearing in over 59 games, ironically the only game he didn’t play was against the Griffins, in 2009. Twice he was the team leader in groundballs.

Matt hails from Feasterville, Pa. and played locally at Archbishop Wood from 2002-2006.
