BJ is in his first season as an assistant coach. He is the son of associate head coach Bernie Fitzgerald. Being the son of a long time coach, he grew up in the sport while coaching and teaching at local high school camps, AAU, and working out individual local athletes. His main responsibly is tape breakdown, scouting, and game preparation. He is a 2013 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science.
