Gwynedd Mercy University Cheerleading Program:
We are a competition and game-day cheerleading program. We cheer for all home men's and women's basketball games. We compete at UCA College Cheerleading Nationals. Gwynedd Mercy University Cheerleading passionately believes in giving back to the community and participates in community service events.
Mission Statement:
The Gwynedd Mercy University cheerleading squad aims to unite the University community, alumni, and fans, while providing a source of institutional and departmental pride. We vow to honor the traditions and values of Gwynedd Mercy and are committed to spread Griffin Pride throughout the school and community. As a team, we will motivate and encourage each other to achieve our greatest potential and regularly exceed our goals. We recognize that this program is not built on one person, but on the hard work and dedication of the entire team. We will continue to lead by example and exhibit our respect for our teammates, our coach, ourselves and our University. Our dedication and commitment to Gwynedd Mercy University Cheerleading will be exemplified in our leadership both on and off the field. We will strive to be our best and to make Gwynedd Mercy University Cheerleading an exemplary program across the nation.
