Biography

SENIOR (2022) – Swartley (16gp-16gs) became the program’s all-time save leader (400) and single-season saves leader (247) during an impressive senior season. He posted a 5-11 record, a 13.33 goals-against average (GAA), and a .553 save percentage (Sv%) with 247 saves on 765 shots faced. Sawrtley was named to the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men’s Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll on March 28 after totaling 31 saves, seven ground balls, and an assist in contests versus Messiah University (L, 9-13 on Mar. 23) and Arcadia University (L, 7-14 on Mar. 26); he located Jason Eide ‘24 with a long clear for Gwynedd Mercy University’s first goal (1-1, 12:15 1QTR) versus the Knights. He was also named the AEC Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week on May 2 after recording a dozen (12) saves, three ground balls, and two caused turnovers in the Griffins’ 12-7 victory over Marymount University (Apr. 27).
