- The Griffins successfully navigated four Eastern corner kicks and 12 total shots in the opening period without conceding, sending the match into halftime locked in a 0-0 tie.
- The Gwynedd Mercy University defense remained composed after halftime. Davis made saves in the 47th, 51st, 56th, 59th, 61st, 65th, 67th, and 72nd minutes as Gwynedd Mercy continued to frustrate the Eastern attack.
