Immaculata, Pa. - (5/3/2026) - Gwynedd Mercy University finished fifth of seven teams (5th of 7, 39 points) at the 2026 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Women's Track and Field Championships with impressive performances in the sprints, relay, and throws thanks to the efforts of sophomore Fanta Dukuly (Philadelphia, Pa.), sophomore Ava Ezzie (Drexel Hill, Pa.), freshman Izzy Bofinger (Mount Holly, N.J.), freshman Olivia Taylor (Philadelphia, Pa.), and graduate Kaitlyn Snyder (Elizabethtown, Pa.); the first two pointed in short distances, the third in the Triple Jump (5th, 9.02, 2 points), the fourth joined in the relay, before the last finished first in the Javelin with a heave of 39.95 meter scoring the Red and Gold 10 points. Snyder currently ranks fourth on the Track & Field Results Reporting System (TFRRS) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Metro Region Outdoor Performance List, and 39^th on the TFRRS NCAA DIII National Outdoor Performance List.
