Greenwood, Ind. – (3/24/2026) – Gwynedd Mercy University graduate guard Dylan Harris (Bloomsburg, Pa.) was recognized as one of the Nation's top student-athletes with their selection to the 2025-2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Men's Basketball Academic All-District Team (.PDF). The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the Nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and maintained at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) while competing in 90 percent of the institution's matches played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's contests.
 
Harris (27 games played – 27 games started) earned an All-Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Second Team selection with one of the greatest shooting seasons in program history. He hit a program-record 82 three pointers (82-of-186, .441) and shot a program-record 97.6% (.976; 40-of-41) from the free throw line. Harris led the AEC in three pointers made (1st, 82), three-point percentage (1st, .435 3PT%; 77-of-177), while also ranking among the Top-10 in steals (T8th, 39) and SPG (10th, 1.5). Harris justified his captainship by averaging 12.5 points (338 total points) and 3.9 rebounds (104) per game. He also recorded 30 assists, a block, and 39 steals.
 
The business administration graduate student is now a two-time member of the CSC NCAA DIII Men's Basketball Academic All-District Team as he earned recognition in 2024-2025. He also earned Eastern Athletic Communications Association (EAST-COMM) Academic Honor Roll and AEC All-Academic Team honors last year. Currently, he is a three-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Fall 2025).
 
The Academic All-America program is conducted by the members of the CSC and separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First, Second, and Third Team Academic All-America honorees for men's basketball will be announced on April 14, 2026.
