Gwynedd Valley, Pa. – (5/1/2025) – On Saturday, May 3 (3:15 p.m.), Gwynedd Mercy University will welcome their league rivals back to the Athletic Complex for the 2025 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men's and Women's Track and Field Championships. The first day of championship competition is scheduled to begin at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday with the preliminary heats for the men's and women's 100-Meter (3:15 p.m.) and 100/110-Meter Hurdles (4:00 p.m.) and will conclude with championship races in the 3,000-Meter Steeplechase (4:45 p.m.), preliminary runs in the 200-Meters (5:30 p.m.), and final competitions in the 10,000-Meters (6:00 p.m.). Simultaneously, others will vie for conference crowns in the Pole Vault (4:00 p.m.), Javelin (4:00 p.m.), Hammer (5:00 p.m.), and Triple Jump (5:00 p.m.).
 
The action continues on Sunday, May 4, at 9:45 a.m. with medals available in the 4x100-Meter Relays (9:45 a.m.), 1,500-Meters (10:15 a.m.), 100/110-Meter Hurdles (11:00 a.m.), High Jump (11:00 a.m.), Long Jump (11:00 a.m.), 400-Meters (11:30 a.m.), Shot Put (11:30 a.m.), Discus (11:30 a.m.), 100-Meters (12:15 p.m.), 800-Meters (12:45 p.m.), 400-Meter Hurdles (1:30 p.m.), 200-Meters (2:00 p.m.), 5,000-Meters (2:30 p.m.), and 4x400-Meters (3:30 p.m.).
