Greenwood, Ind. – (11/25/2025) – Gwynedd Mercy University senior midfielder Kyra Malloy (Limerick, Pa.), senior goalkeeper Natalie Gablein (Philadelphia, Pa.), junior midfielder/defender Elena DiPrinzio (Warrington, Pa.), junior midfielder Rebecca Gordon (Sicklerville, N.J.), and sophomore midfielder Olivia Crawford (Rockledge, Pa.) were recognized as some of the Nation's top student-athletes with their selection to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team (PDF). The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the Nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and maintained at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) while competing in 90 percent of the institution's games/contests/sets played or starting at least 66 percent of the games/contests/sets.
 
Malloy recorded her first collegiate point during her senior season (2025) with assist on the Griffins' third goal (3-0, 29:00) of a 6-1 victory over Penn State Schuylkill (Oct. 1). She finished her collegiate career with one point (1 assist) and five shots. Meanwhile, Malloy's work in the classroom has been recognized with several academic accolades. Most recently, she was the first Griffin ever to earn the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Elite Scholar Award. Malloy was also one of 86 Griffins recognized on the 2024-2025 Eastern Athletic Communications Association (EAST-COMM) Academic Honor Rolls. Prior to that she garnered a spot on the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team. She is a three-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletic Academic Elite (F2023, F2024, S2025) and was recognized on the 2024-2025 AEC All-Academic Team.
 
Like Malloy, DiPrinzio was also a member of the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team and the 2024-2025 Eastern Athletic Communications Association (EAST-COMM) Academic Honor Rolls. She is a two-time member of the AEC All-Academic Team (2023-2024, 2024-2025) and a four-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletic Academic Elite (F2023, S2024, F2024, S2025).      
 
In 2025, the Red and Gold captain was 4-6-1 (974:53 minutes) with 68 saves (118 shots faced) on a .829 save percentage (SV%) and a 1.29 goals-against average (GAA). Academically, Gablein was a member of the 2024-2025 EAST-COMM Academic Honor Rolls. She is also a three-time member of both the AEC All-Academic Team (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025) and the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (S2024, F2024, S2025).
 
Gordon was an All-AEC Second Team selection in 2025. She finished the season with 13 points (4 goals, 5 assists) and 41 shots, while making a September-2 appearance on the AEC Women's Soccer Weekly Honor Roll. She was a member of the 2025 CSC NCAA DIII Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team (Women's Lacrosse) and the 2024-2025 EAST-COMM Academic Honor Rolls. Gordon is also a two-time member of the AEC All-Academic Team (2023-2024, 2024-2025) and a three-time member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite (S2024, F2024, S2025).
 
Crawford finished her sophomore season (2025) with five points (2 goals, 1 assist) and eight shots. She earned recognition on both the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Gwynedd Mercy University Athletics Academic Elite and made the 2024-2025 AEC All-Academic Team.
 
The Academic All-America program is conducted by the members of the CSC and separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First, Second, and Third Team Academic All-America honorees for men's soccer will be announced on Dec. 17, 2025.
