Griffins Give Way to Dutchmen in METAvivor Game Final

Gwynedd Valley, Pa. - (10/8/2025) - Gwynedd Mercy University (2-10) brought their non-conference schedule to a close with this afternoon's METAvivor Game versus Lebanon Valley College  (LVC) (7-4). A brilliant save from junior goalkeeper Nikki Williams (Cinnaminson, N.J.) denied the Dutchmen a score on their first penalty corner (7:33), but constant pressure in the Red and Gold end facilitated an eventual 7-0 loss. Senior forward Mackenzie Reed (Philadelphia, Pa.) recorded three of the Griffins' seven shots, while Williams (1-6) totaled seven saves through the first three quarters (45:00).
