Madison, N.J. - (9/23/2024) - Gwynedd Mercy University (2-6-1) traveled to FDU-Florham (7-1-1) as the Red and Gold were held to a season-low in shots on goal (1) and only recorded three shots in the contest. Freshman goalkeeper Fionn Berton (Bordertown, N.J.) (0-2-1) had plenty of action as he finished with a career-high nine saves, but the lone tally would be scored by the Devils at the 62:48 mark as FDU enjoyed a 1-0 victory.    

Griffin Highlights:  

• Gwynedd Mercy generated very few offensive opportunities as the team was outshot 47-3 and did not record a corner kick opportunity while FDU registered 11.  
• Sophomore midfielder Luke O'Donnell (Glenside, Pa.) was the only Griffin to record multiple shots (2) and record a shot on goal in the match.
