Gwynedd Valley, Pa. - (3/25/2024) - Gwynedd Mercy University (7-9, 1-1) opened their Atlantic East Conference (AEC) schedule with today's twin bill versus Cabrini University (4-7, 1-1). The Griffin bats woke up a little too late in a 10-7 game-one loss, but they stayed hot in game two as five runs in the second inning (6-1) and three runs in both the third (9-1) and fourth innings (12-1) provided plenty of coverage - 12-1 in five innings - for a winning effort (3-2) from senior

Shylynn Cordero (Allentown, Pa.) cracked the all-time Top-10 with a pair of hits (2-for-6) bringing her career total to 113 hits.
