Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Women's Volleyball First Round match, but recovered from a 25-20 first-set loss with consecutive wins of 25-22, 25-15, 25-16 to dispatch #5 Pratt Institute from postseason play by a 3-1 (20-25, 25-22, 25-15, 25-16) final. The Red and Gold squeezed by the Cannoneers in the second set, using a late 4-1 run to emerge from a 21-21 tie. They found their footing in the third set, this time using mid-set run to emerge from a 11-10 deficit for a dominant 25-15 win. The fourth set played out similarly with Gwynedd Mercy University coming back from an 11-8 hole to put the Cannoneers to rest behind a 25-16 conclusion. Junior middle hitter

- The Red and Gold recorded double-digit aces for the ninth time this season as they totaled 14 in the match. Junior defensive specialist Amanda Lopez (Houston, Texas) led the team with five service points.
- Pugh totaled 14.0 points with eight kills, four aces, a solo block, and two block assists. She also recorded a team-high 17 digs.
- Purnell's 11.5 points came from nine kills and a block assist. She also recorded an assist and 13 digs.
- Junior setter Ayanna Gaston (Middletown, Del.) became the third player in Gwynedd Mercy University history to reach 2,000 career assists with her 30th of the match; she finished the affair with 31 assists. Gaston paired her assists with a kill, two aces, a block assist, four digs.
