Arlington, Va. - (10/23/2024) - Gwynedd Mercy University (14-9, 1-2) continued their Atlantic East Conference (AEC) schedule with this evening's 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-15) loss at Marymount University (5-19, 3-0). The Griffins hit well in the second set - .222 (10K-4E-27TA) - scored three aces, and got a team block from senior middle blocker Lexi Lane (Frederick, Colo.) and junior setter Ayanna Gaston (Middletown, Del.), but could not keep up with the Saints. Sophomore outside hitter Kate Etter (Chambersburg, Pa.) led offensively with nine points on nine kills.
