Ryan Kasper (Levittown, Pa.) was brilliant out of the bullpen, calming Neumann University in the middle innings of the affair with three scoreless innings; 3.0 IP, 3H, 2BB, 2K.
Griffin Highlights

- The Griffins added their second run in the seventh inning with Martell leading off with a single to left field. He was one the move once again, stealing second and third before a Junker sacrifice fly.
- Gwynedd Mercy University found their offense in the eighth inning, where a leadoff walk to senior third baseman Noah Andress (Levittown, Pa.) and a single to right from senior shortstop Rob Bailey (Abington, Pa.) was the start of a five-run inning that included a two-run single from senior catcher Nick Price (Levittown, Pa.), a two-run triple from Junker, and a run-batted-in (RBI) single from graduate pitcher/designated hitter Billy Collins (Hatfield, Pa.).
- Martell was one of five Griffins to record multiple hits in the affair; Junker was 2-for-5 with a run and three RBI, Collins was 2-for-5 with a run, sophomore left fielder Cooper Root (Runnemede, N.J.) was 2-for-5, and Bailey was 2-for-5 with a run.
