Doylestown, Pa. - (12/2/2023) - Trying to snap Delaware Valley University's (6-1) five-game win streak, Gwynedd Mercy University (5-4) traveled to DelVal where a season-low in points for the Griffins would eventually lead to a 65-50 loss to the Aggies. Going into halftime both teams combined for a total of 31 points with 26 turnovers after 20 minutes of game-time action. Junior guard
Alexis Eagan (Drexel Hill, Pa.) was the only consistent shooter for the Griffins in the affair, finishing 6-of-13 (46%) from the field with a game-high 16 points to go along with four three-pointers. (4-of-8, 50%). Eagan also finished with two offensive rebounds and four defensive rebounds as well.

- Gwynedd Mercy will look to put this game offensively behind them as they struggled in every offensive category. From the field, the Griffins shot 19-of-73 (26%), from beyond the arc, 6-of-28 (21%), and from the charity stripe, 6-of-14 (43%).
- Graduate forward Sydney Kesselman (Philadelphia, Pa.) continued to be a force in the paint as she finished with a game-high three blocks. Kesselman also contributed with two steals, two rebounds, an assist, and six points.
- Gwynedd Mercy was dominated on the glass as the team was outrebounded 59-39, allowing the Aggies 38 points in the paint.
Gwynedd Mercy University looks to rebound when they return to action on Wednesday, December 6th, when they host Albright College for a 5:00 p.m. tipoff.
