Aziz Parker (Westhampton, N.J.) (21 points) and
Manny Clark (Pottsgrove, Pa.) (15) both recorded their third consecutive contest in double figures, but Gwynedd Mercy University (0-5) suffered their fourth straight loss as a 50-39 second half carried Alvernia University (1-4) to an 83-67 win over the Griffins. The duo combined to hit 15-of-21 (.714) from the field, grab nine rebounds, and distribute five assists for the Gwynedd Mercy University effort.

- Gwynedd Mercy University finished the first half down 33-28 despite a slightly better first-half field goal percentage (37.0% - 36.1%).
- The lead only changed hands one time as the Griffins jumped out to a 7-0 (17:18) lead and established a 13-8 (12:03) advantage before squandering the edge to a 25-15 Wolf run.
- Both Gwynedd Mercy University and Alvernia University totaled 14 assists; Clark and freshman guard Jalen Snead (Philadelphia, Pa.) recorded three assists apiece.
- Parker was 9-of-11 (.818) from the field, including a 3-for-4 (.750) effort from long range, in a 21-point performance. He also recorded four rebounds and two assists.
