Hackettstown, N.J. - (10/19/2022) - Gwynedd Mercy University (2-11-3, 0-5) traveled to Centenary University (NJ) (3-7-2, 1-2-1) for the penultimate game of their Atlantic East Conference (AEC) schedule. The Cyclones benefited from an early Griffin miscue, 1-0 (4:37) and added subsequent scores at 26:42, 28:02, 31:52, 42:24, 64:48, and 65:26 to conclude the contest on a 7-0 final.

Griffin Highlights

• The Griffins totaled four shots on goal; freshman forward Bethany Beinlich (Forksville, Pa.) (7:06, 74:32) put two on the Cyclone goal, while additional strikes were taken by sophomore defender Abby Marquess (Feasterville Trevose, Pa.) (13:46) and senior defender Claudia Krouse (Southampton, Pa.) (79:41).
• Freshman goalkeeper Madisson Ronn (Warrington, Pa.) totaled 18 saves in the loss (1-8-2) for her ninth double-digit save performance of the season. It also brings her season total to 156 saves, making her the new single-season leader in program history.
