Griffins Fall to Cavaliers in Final Game of Season

Gwynedd Valley, Pa. - Gwynedd Mercy University (2-13-3, 0-7) played host to Cabrini University (13-5, 6-1) in their final game this season. Gwynedd Mercy was outshot 14-2, allowing the Cavaliers to walk away with the 7-0 victory over the Griffins. Gwynedd Mercy finished the season 2-13-3 overall and 0-7 in AEC play. 
  • Senior Claudia Krouse (Southampton, Pa.) 22 seconds in recorded a shot on goal, however, was denied by the goalkeeper. 
  • The Griffins' only corner opportunity came in the second half at the 54:01 mark. 
  • Sophomore defensemen Rachel Ricci (Telford, Pa.) recorded the second shot on goal with 86:40 gone in the game, but again was denied by the Cavaliers goalkeeper. 
  • Freshman goalkeeper Madisson Ronn (Warrington, Pa.) made seven saves in the loss (1-10-2)
