Gwynedd Valley, PA. --  The Gwynedd Mercy Men's Soccer Team fell to Cabrini 5-1 on Saturday evening.

The Cavs scored 17 minutes into the game which was the end of the scoring in the first half.

The Griffins opened up the second half with a goal when Hugh Lynch connected with Tyler Bascone to give the senior forward/midfielder the fourth goal of his career.  The assist was Lynch's fifth in his career.

Cabrini answered with a goal eight minutes later and sank three more goals in the rest of the half.

Gwynedd Goalkeeper, John Wagner, had 8 saves on the day.

The Griffins will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Arlington, VA to take on Marymount.
