GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. -- Ursinus scored three goals in the final five minutes to post a 4-0 decision over Gwynedd Mercy on Saturday afternoon.

Goalie Tyler Blair made 12 saves on the day, the second most in his career. Ursinus got on the board at the 18:39 mark, when the Griffin Bowyer found the back of the net off of an assist from Colin Holtzman.

Blair would make seven of those stops in the first half to keep it a one-goal game. He would see eight shots in each half, as the Bears kept him busy. The Ursinus offense turned it on late in the contest, scoring three times.

In the 85th minute, Braden Burns beat Blair to add to the lead. Just over fifty seconds later, Alexis Ayala made it 3-0, but the Bears weren't done yet. The scoring wrapped up at the 88th minute on a second tally by Burns.

Gwynedd Mercy looks to get things on the right track on Wednesday, September 11th, when they visit the DeSales University Bulldogs for a 4 p.m. matchup.
