RADNOR, PA. -- Gwynedd Mercy wrapped up the regular season with a 3-0 Atlantic East Conference win at Cabrini Wednesday night.

The Griffins have clinched the #3 playoff seed and will host #6 Neumann this Saturday in a first-round game of the AEC Field Hockey Tournament starting at 2 p.m.

For the game, Erika Cimino scored twice to tie a career high while Allison Campbell also tallied as the team netted all three goals in the third quarter.

GMercyU outshot the Cavaliers, 20-5, and totaled 12 penalty corners on the evening.

Cimino scored her two goals seven minutes apart in the third. Michaela Swenk and Ryan Murray added an assist on each respective score. Campbell closed the scoring with her team-leading tenth with just three minutes in the period.

Goalie Abi Kennedy made two stops for her second shutout this season and seventh in her career. Cabrini keeper Noelia Ramirez notched four saves.

In Saturday's other first round action, the Cavaliers will host Immaculata. #1 Marywood and #2 Wesley both have byes.
